Mentored and managed a team of editors, media managers and interns; created post- production workflows, and served as point person between producers, editors, mixing, and facilities manager. As Lead Flame/Smoke Compositor, I creatively combined graphics, live action, and static images, to create dynamic and stylized graphic packages for long format programs, on-air promos, and interstitials.
